RELOCATED U.S. 218 CORRIDOR AS JUNE 26, 1989, AT 7 : 00

INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.

f WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 26th day of June, 1989, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of C & S
Car Company, 923 Washington Street, for a waiver of the building
moratorium on Relocated U.S. 218 Corridor to reconstruct light
poles along Washington Street frontage from Sixth Street to
Seventh Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1989 .
