'` WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 26th day of June, 1989, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of Kent
Johnson for a waiver of the building moratorium on Relocated U.S.
218 Corridor to rebuild a porch on the single family residence
located at 307 West Seventh Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
