1 WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
o meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
`'' Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 26th day of June, 1989, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of Creative
Imports, 520 LaPorte Road, for a waiver of the building moratorium
on Relocated U.S. 218 Corridor to place balloon sign advertising
in the Gateway Corridor at various locations for a maximum of ten
( 10 ) days.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
