2 t;' � RESOLUTION APPROVING SIGNING REQUEST OF DIABLO' S
EtN i RESTAURANT FOR TEMPORARY PLACEMENT OF SIGNS ON CITY
RIGHT-OF-WAY IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANSBOROUGH AVENUE,
fir; IX-6615 ( 7 ) --79-07 .
WHEREAS, Diablo ' s Restaurant has proposed that the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a request for temporary
placement of signs on City right-of-way in conjunction with
Ansborough Avenue, IX-6615( 7) --79-07 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Diablo' s Restaurant for
temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way on eastbound
Highway 218 traffic, west of Falls Avenue, and westbound Highway
218 traffic, east of Falls Avenue, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1989.
