s s o IOWA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF EVERGREEN RIDGE
s 0 > ESTATES IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.

C� WHEREAS, on this 19th day of June, 1989 , at a regular meeting
of the CityCouncil of the Cityof Waterloo, Iowa, the
preliminary
Plat of Evergreen Ridge Estates , Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
c,,' Iowa, was presented for approval; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should
receive the approval of this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Evergreen
Ridge Estates, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolution.
