BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Aspro, Inc. & Subsidiary of Waterloo, Iowa,
c, for the FY 1989 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 360 in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 19th day of
June, 1989, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by the United Fire and
Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved.
