tr1 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 19, 1989 , establishing the Employee
�" Assistance Program for FY 1990 , by and between the Northeast
Council on Substance Abuse and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
o the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1989 .
