c7, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated June 19, 1989 , for Criminal Justice
Information System, by and between Black Hawk County and the
Cities of Cedar Falls and Evansdale, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1989 .
