H H RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPROMISE OF TAXES FOR 128

MOIR STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.

WHEREAS, Eileen A. McGrane, 128 Moir Street, petitions the
o; City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to accept the offer of
F.? $1. 00 as a compromise on taxes owed for the years 1986-1987 and
1987-1988 in the amount of $1 ,766 . 00 for Parcel Number
c- 94-0411-00-041-00-0 and legally described as follows:

Lot 20 , Block 3 , Prospect Heights, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
or also known as 128 Moir Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa;
and
WHEREAS, Section 446 . 31 , Code of Iowa, authorizes the
compromise of taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the above compromise of taxes, as
authorized in Section 446. 31 , Code of Iowa, be and the same hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be instructed
to transmit a copy of said resolution to the Black Hawk County
Board of Supervisors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1989 .
