o a H RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE TRUST AND AGENCY FUND
• tr' j THE SUM OF FORTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ONE DOLLARS AND
THIRTY-FIVE CENTS ( $40 ,601. 35 ) TO THE GENERAL FUND.

WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1988-1989 Fiscal Budget
oa on March 15 , 1988 , allocating $2, 503 , 828 . 00 for the City' s
Insurance, FICA and IPERS within the General Fund.
o NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
4° CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$40 , 601 . 35 from the Trust and Agency Fund to the General Fund for
Insurance, FICA and IPERS costs as allowed by Section 384 . 12 of
the State Code of Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1989 .
