RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2010 FULL SIZE SPORT
UTILITY VEHICLE FOR THE POLICE CRIME LAB, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF BIDS
THEREFORE, AS FEBRUARY 22, 2010, AT 5:30 P.M.
AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 22nd day of February, 2010,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. for the
Purchase of One (1) 2010 Full Size Sport Utility Vehicle for the
Police Crime Lab, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids
therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 2010.
