o H hi 7 RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE EAST PARK AVENUE
PARKING DISTRICT THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
r El - NINE DOLLARS AND SIXTY-THREE CENTS ( $1 , 109. 63 ) TO THE
0 rid DEBT SERVICE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1988-1989 Fiscal Budget
on March 15, 1988 , allocating $139 , 236 . 00 of East Park Avenue
Parking District money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of
c: General Obligation Bonds.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$1, 109. 63 from the East Park Assessment District to the Debt
Service Fund for payment of General Obligation Bonds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1989 .
