171 0 AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
;, that the One Year Occupancy Agreement dated June 7 , 1989 , for use
of office space in the basement of City Hall, 715 Mulberry Street,
by and between Deaf Services Commission of Iowa, Iowa State
; Department of Human Rights and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
' the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 1989 .
