BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 26, 1989, for purchase of abandoned
railroad right-of-way located parallel to U.S. Highway 63 from
University Avenue to West Shaulis Road for a proposed bike path,
-' Eby and between the Chicago Northwestern and the City of Waterloo,
k'`Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 1989 .
