He RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF ELK
0 RUN HEIGHTS, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
o' AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
J BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated June 26 , 1989 , for fire and ambulance
purposes and hazardous materials cleanup with the City of Elk Run
Heights, Iowa, by and between the City of Elk Run Heights, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 1989 .
