H Ht_-I RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A WARRANTY DEED
FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the owner of the property located at 1366 Sycamore,
Carol P. Ennenga, wishes to deed said property to the City of
Waterloo; and
L. WHEREAS, the City desires to utilize this property in
connection with the Rath Reuse Project; and
WHEREAS, the following described property will be deeded for
One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration to the City:
Part of Lot No. 1 in Block No. 7 , in Riverside Addition to
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa,
described as:
Commencing at the Easterly corner of said Lot No. 1 and
running thence Northwesterly along the Northerly line of said
M Lot 60 feet; thence in a Southwesterly direction and at right
angles to said Northerly line of Lot No. 1 to the Northerly
aline of the right of way of the Illinois Central Railway
°Company; thence in an Easterly direction along the Northerly
w line of said right of way to the place of beginning.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Warranty Deed from Carol P.
Ennenga be accepted and the City Clerk be authorized to record
said Deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 1989 .
