H RESOLUTION GRANTING APPLICATION OF THE JET LOUNGE, 451
WEST PARKER, FOR A VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
`; ORDINANCE NO. 3094.

WHEREAS, the Jet Lounge, 451 West Parker, proposes to have a
c'T band play in said establishment' s beer garden on July 9 , 1989 ,
m from 3 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 00 p.m. ; and

WHEREAS, said band will exceed the limits of the Noise
m Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094 ; and
WHEREAS, said establishment has made formal application for a
variance to allow a band to play in the beer garden on July 9,
1989 from 3 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Jet Lounge, 451
West Parker, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094 , Noise
Ordinance, be and the same is hereby approved.
