RESOLUTION APPROVING INDEMNITY AGREEMENT WITH SIDNEY F.
MCKENNA, 2815 FALLS AVENUE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Indemnity Agreement dated July 17, 1989, to construct a
secondary handicap accessible exit ramp for the new Adult
Incorporated facility on City-owned right-of-way, subject to the
following:
1 . The ramp shall be constructed according to the plan
submitted;
2. The air conditioning unit shall be removed from public
right-of-way before the ramp construction begins.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Deputy City Clerk is
authorized and directed to forward a copy of this resolution and
said Indemnity Agreement to the Black Hawk County Recorder for
recording in order that this said action may become a matter of
official County Record.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1989.
