DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,

t FrIOWA, that the Application dated July 17 , 1989 , for a storm
(ill ` detention pond outlet along I-380 at the intersection of
southbound on-ramp "C" and East San Marnan Drive, by and between
the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo,

approved, and the Mayor
� ; authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
