Federal. Assistance as part of the Housing and Community

O co - WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed Statement
Amenrment for Federal Assistance for Community Development Block
° ;_Grant funds for the City of Waterloo, Iowa, conforms to the

O T E "� municipality as a whole.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
-; ' CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the amended Statement for Federal
Assistance, under Title I of the Housing and Community
Development Act of 1974, as amended, is hereby approved and that
the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the appropriate forms.
and forward the Statement to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development for their review and approval,
