s RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1989 EASTON
•• r,:, AVENUE BRIDGE REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 371.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Engineer, to prepare and file specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost etc. , for the construction of the
FY 1989 Easton Avenue Bridge Repairs, Contract No. 371 , in the
city of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said specifications, form
of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the
council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
F crime,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, TOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
rrelimin.ary estimate of cost, etc. , he, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1989.
