r section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
waterloo, Iowa , at 7: 00 n.m. on the 7th day of August, 1989, for
*-re purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
rstspecifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the

r Section 2. That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
waterloo Courier.
