CJ WHFPFAS, the City Council previously instructed the City

Engineer, to prepare and file specifications, form of contract and
w -preliminary estimate of cost etc. , for the construction of the
FY 1990 Salt Storage Building, Contract No. 381, in the City of
w Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and

,Y" wHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said specifications, form
r of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the
council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
v NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications , form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
