RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM

HAWK ROAD STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 378 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1989
' Black Hawk Road Storm Sewer Improvements, in the City of Waterloo,
-a Iowa, known as Contract No. 378 , and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1989 Black Hawk
Road Storm Sewer Improvements, known as Contract No. 378 , which
were preliminarily approved on June 19 , 1989 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 11,
1989 , and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1989 Black Hawk Road Storm
Sewer Improvements, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as
Contract No. 378 , be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of July, 1989.
