WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
w Meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of

Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. , on the 17th day of July, 1989, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of
Goodyear Store, 515 West Fifth Street, for a waiver of the
building moratorium on Relocated U.S. 218 Corridor to construct
c
exterior improvements to existing building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
H WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
E— Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of July, 1989 .
