" .,, WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
(t) meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of

Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. , on the 17th day of July, 1989, for
• the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of Best
Yet, Inc. , for a waiver of the building moratorium on Relocated
• U.S. 218 Corridor to construct a multi-commercial development at
• the southeast corner of San Marnan Drive and LaPorte Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
n WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish.
