NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE PLAN FOR A PROPOSED
VILLAGE INN RESTAURANT AS JULY 17, 1989, AT 7 : 00 P.M.

PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall

,,, F.1 .5-z, , meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 17th day of July, 1989, for
the purpose of considering a site plan for a proposed Village Inn
Restaurant to be located in the National Plaza area on West
Ridgeway Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
• WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
