2 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CLERK/AUDITOR
r ^ TO DESTROY CERTAIN RECORDS AND PAPERS AS PROVIDED IN
n SECTION 372. 13, PARAGRAPH 5, 1989. CODE OF IOWA.

n WHEREAS, the Code of Iowa for 1989, under the

M H . Chapter 372 .13, Paragraph 5, provides upon order of the Council

thatpapers, other than proceedings, ordinances,
w and instruments having to do with real estate and bond issues,
n may be destroyed, and
do WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
desirous of destroying certain records and eis
papers under the
H s provisions of Chapter 372.13, Paragraph 5.
m NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
Ht'" CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor of the City of
' Waterloo, Iowa, be and is hereby authorized and directed to
