RESOLUTION GRANTING APPLICATION OF IRVING F. JENSEN

1 WHEREAS, Irving F. Jensen Company is performing work within
w the city limits of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with

O Relocated U.S. Highway 218 , IX-218-7( 70) --3P-07; and

E- WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the
H M' Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094; and

WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
C variance to conduct sawing operations as required in conjunction
with the paving of the above project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Irving F. Jensen
cr. Company for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094 , Noise Ordinance, be
and the same is hereby granted; however if sawing is necessary
between the hours of Midnight and 5 : 00 A.M. , a City staff member
;' - first be contacted.
