RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND OF HURST &
SONS CONTRACTORS, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE FY
1989 BLACK HAWK ROAD STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 378 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Hurst & Sons Contractors, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the FY 1989 Black Hawk Road Storm Sewer Improvements,
Contract No. 378 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as
of the 24th day of July, 1989 , together with the accompanying bond
for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual) of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July, 1989.
