RESOLUTION APPROVING SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT DNR
FORM 29 WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
FOR THE SANITARY SEWERAGE FACILITIES SERVING AUDUBON
PARK THIRD ADDITION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Sewage Treatment Agreement dated July 24 , 1989,
for the sanitary sewerage facilities serving Audubon Park Third
Addition, by and between the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July, 1989 .
