RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON A PROPOSAL FOR USE OF $16 , 072 . 38
OF FEDERAL GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS AS AUGUST 7,
1989, AT 7: 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 7th day of August, 1989, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal for use of
$16 , 072. 38 of Federal general revenue sharing funds on hand for
asbestos removal in City Hall.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July, 1989 .
