BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
C Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
H shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 7th day of August, 1989, for
6 the purpose of considering and acting upon proposed sidewalk
repairs for the FY 1990 Sidewalk Repair Program--Zone 1 , Contract
,i No. 382.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
