RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR EXCHANGE PARK
ASPHALTING.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Parks Department, to prepare and file specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost etc. , for the
construction of the Exchange Park Asphalting, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Parks Department has filed said specifications,
form of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications , form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July, 1989 .
