1--- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
'fzheretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
m , 'proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1990
"Sidewalk Repair Program--Zone 1, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
known as Contract No. 380; and

WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1990 Sidewalk
• -.Repair Program--Zone 1, known as Contract No. 380, which were
m preliminarily approved on July 17, 1989; and

n r WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
_7, 1989, and no objections were made.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1990 Sidewalk Repair
• Program--Zone 1, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract
No. 380, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
