RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1990 SALT
STORAGE BUILDING, CONTRACT NO. 381.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1990
Salt Storage Building, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as
Contract No. 381; and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1990 Salt
Storage Building, known as Contract No. 381, which were
preliminarily approved on July 17, 1989; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
7, 1989, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1990 Salt Storage
Building, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No.
381, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
