RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR EXCHANGE PARK
ASPHALTING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Park Department of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Exchange
Park Asphalting, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Park Department did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Exchange Park
Asphalting, which were preliminarily approved on July 24, 1989;
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
7, 1989, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the Exchange Park Asphalting, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1989.
