0E WHEREAS, on August 7 , 1989, at 7: 00 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers a public hearing was held by the City of
Waterloo concerning Interstate Substitution Project,
IX-6585(9)--79-07, Greenhill Road Pedestrian/Bikeway Facility,
"' and

WHEREAS, no objections were made to the proposed
`� construction of that project.
n �^ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that this project may proceed to the letting and awarding of this
contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be hereby
H - instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa
Department of Transportation.
