RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED USE OF FEDERAL
r _ GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the City Council of
the City of Waterloo on August 7, 1989, to hear input on the
proposed use of Federal Revenue Sharing funds in the amount of
$16,072. 38 by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

WHEREAS, no objections were heard.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, that the proposed use of Federal General
Revenue Sharing funds in the amount of $16,072.38 for asbestos
removal in conjunction with renovation of the first floor of City
Hall, be and the same hereby approved.
