H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
rt , Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 14th day of August, 1989,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon proposed sidewalk
repairs for the FY 1990 Sidewalk Repair Program--Zone 1, Contract
No. 382 .
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish the notice of the time and place of hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
rav BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 1989-381 is
< !hereby repealed in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1989 .
