RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION CTION TO OF R ONE�( 1)S.
KLINGAMAN TEMPORARY
AND AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION
CONCRETE DRIVEWAY IRRESPECTIVE OF A LATER OFFICIAL
GRADE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that:
WHEREAS, Richard S. Klingaman has made written application
to the City Council asking that he be authorized and permitted to
construct one ( 1) temporary concrete driveway without respect to
a permanent sidewalk 2424 Ranchero Road grade when and

and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is
hereby granted to Richard S. Klingaman to construct one ( 1)
temporary concrete driveway in accordance with the existing
contour of the abutting land with the subjective, andrsta the nding
g
and agreement between the City of Waterloo,
Richard S. Klingaman that, should at a later date a permanent
formal grade be established for sidewalk purposes or otherwise,
that the said Richard S. Klingaman will immediately thereafter ,
and at his own expense, remove all or whatever portion of
temporary concrete driveway he may have constructed, and rebuild
or reconstruct the s e nestablashed,with
the work to be done aunder
as
may hereafter be set and
the supervision of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
Black Hawk C& Inty—Recorder for recording and the Black Hawk
County Auditor for
