RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
ADDITION TO THE WEST SIDE OF J.C. PENNEY STORE IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, J.C. Penney has proposed that the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a minor site plan amendment for
an addition to the west side of building in the Crossroads
Shopping Center, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, due to the insignificance of the nature
of said above mentioned minor site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
site plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor site plan amendment for
the J.C. Penny Store, in the Crossroads Shopping Center, for an
addition to the west side of building, be and the same is hereby
