EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

cj:3o BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 2, dated August 7 , 1989, for
final design engineering services in conjunction with Ridgeway
Avenue, IX-6500( 3) --79-07, by and between Brice, Petrides-Donohue
Company of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1989.
