RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated August 7, 1989, for maintenance of State
highways within corporate limits, by and between Iowa Department
of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1989.
