BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
4! n" that the Revised Waste Water Treatment Agreement dated August 7,
co r; 1989 , by and between Iowa Beef Processors, Inc. of Dakota City,
Nebraska, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.

E BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 1988-54 is hereby
nie repealed in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1989 .
