RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1989-49, WHICH
• �x ESTABLISHED PARKING REGULATIONS IN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO.

o� car WHEREAS, there are currently two-hour parking meters located
on West Fourth Street and West Fifth Street between South Street
• tn and Washington Street; and

WHEREAS, these meters have experienced considerable

WHEREAS, the remote location of these meters makes them
• difficult to enforce; and

F WHEREAS, the income from these meters is minimal and does

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following amendments be approved:
