• o BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:

Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
c Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 28th day of August, 1989, for
� r the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
FY 1989 Independence Avenue Area Storm Sewer Improvements - Phase
2 , in the City of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids
r therefore, Contract No. 373 .

0 ¢l Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
