BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

°J o That the bid of Aspro, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount
F" ' of $74 ,950. 00, for the construction of the Waterloo, Iowa,

m Exchange Park Asphalting, described in the plans and
, specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
' s project, after public hearing on published notice required by
,, M law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
er received for said work.
The Mayor and Deputy Clerk are hereby directed to execute
f _, contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
