WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
o - meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 21st day of August, 1989 , for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of
John Deere, for a waiver of the building moratorium on Relocated
218 Corridor to construct a gatehouse three hundred ( 300)
feet off of Westfield Avenue and Cleveland Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
