O INSTRUCTING DEPUTY CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF

o HEARING.
M WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
L Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 21st day of August, 1989, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of
'-` Ryder Truck Stop, LaPorte Road and Locke Avenue, for a waiver of
the building moratorium on Relocated U.S. 218 Corridor to
r purchase vacated Easton Avenue east of U.S. 218 and to construct
a truck stop.
c o ' = NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
`WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
